At Arrive Ready, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Because many of our products contain curated, consumable, or customized items, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@arrivereadykits.com within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a fair solution.

Examples of situations we can help with include:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect orders
  • Products that arrive in unusable condition

Due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened kits
  • Consumable items
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Items damaged after delivery

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds, replacements, store credit, or other resolutions may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
